Wired For Worthy (Group Program +Accountabilty)

Each month we have a new topic that we focus on collectively for the entire 30 days. This includes 4 workshops, homework and accountability.

We meet every Thursday at 11 am EST for workshops and Friday at 11 am EST for community bookclub. That’s 8 calls per month!

Better Brains 4 Month Immersion

Each Spring and Fall I run “Bettter Brains Group”.

This group meets every week for 16 weeks straight and is heavily focused on accountability, behavioral change and making you uncomfortable. We use neurofeedback for frontal cortex training as well as biofeedback for stress management. This group is fantastic and helps produce significant change for everyone who comes through.

This group is limited in size to maintain intimacy and personalization.
